Partnership law
The swiss people have voted on the 5th June 2005 in a referendum with 58% yes for a national partnership law (PartG). At the 5th June 2010 the Christopher Street Day Parade will be in Zurich, exactly 5 years after the successful voting. According to this occasion we want to organise a praxis conference about the topic partnership law, which will show a first recapitulation after 5 years of real lived partnership law in Switzerland and with a perspecitve into the future.

Pinkcross and LOS are currently holding a representative survey until the 30th April about the first experiences with the partnership law. The results of this survey will be presented on the 4th June 2010 on the occasion of a scientifical event at the Zurich Pride Festival according the topic “5 years of partnership law in Switzerland – Recapitulation and perspectives“ and afterwards openly published.
